Reconstruction of a Dalmatian Stone House – A Fusion of History and Elegance. ​

In the heart of an old Dalmatian village, amidst an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere, stood a 400-year-old house that we carefully restored and enhanced with an annex. The goal of this project was to preserve the spirit of tradition while introducing warmth, comfort, and the sophistication of modern design.​

A special focus was placed on natural materials, with the original stone becoming the dominant element, evoking a sense of timeless beauty. Traditional blue shutters, characteristic of Dalmatian homes, further emphasized the coastal charm, while thoughtfully designed architectural details and niches added authenticity and uniqueness to the space.​

This house is now more than just an architectural restoration—it is a true Mediterranean gem, where past and present blend in perfect harmony, creating an ambiance that radiates uniqueness, elegance, and the warmth of home.​
